Pointe Santo E-2—Tour of the condo

See why everyone wants to come back to our Pointe Santo condos. E-2 was completely remodeled and redecorated in 2008. Its many amenities, upscale furnishings, and great location will delight you.

We remodeled our first Pointe Santo condo (penthouse unit D-47) in late 2005, and our returning guests continue to be delighted with the results. So we've again used top-of-the-line details and design in E-2. The remodeling was done by Steven Merando of S.A.M Builders in Fort Myers. The interior design is by Marcia Feeney of Interiors by Decorating Den on Sanibel Island (Marcia also did a wonderful job selecting the furnishings and color schemes for D-47—take a tour of D-47 to see how that condo came out).

Unit E-2 faces west, so it captures the afternoon sun. It is on the beach level floor of a beachfront building, and just steps from the beach, pool and barbeque grills. The lanai and master bedroom have wonderful views of the Pointe Santo complex and the beach.
