Living Room - Remodeling/Redecorating Plan

We want you to feel at home in our tropically decorated living room. We are trying to create:

  • A comfortable place to read, watch TV, listen to music and entertain.
  • A tropical get-away for everyone from honeymooners to young families to seniors (like us) where you can put your feet up and enjoy our island paradise.

Its tropical furnishings include a love seat, queen-size sleep sofa and round cocktail and end tables with island themed lamps.

We've been very pleased with the Braxton Culler sleeper sofa and love seat in our D-47 condo—shown in the picture to the right—so in E-2 we're using similar ones with different fabrics.

The living room in E-2 will have the same moldings, indirect lighting, and ceiling fan.

For E-2, we selected a playful striped fibric for the sofa and loveseat.

A coordinated fish pattern is used on the sofa throw pillows and the swivel glider.

These catalog photos show the style of the cocktail and end tables, and the lamps on the end tables.

Across from the sofa, the entertainment center features a 42 inch flat screen HDTV, high-definition cable DVR, Blu-ray DVD player, and surround sound.

Want to relax and take in the beautiful scenery? Sit in our comfortable swivel glider by the sliding glass doors and watch the palm trees, pool view and beach scene. (This is a catalog photo—the fabric will match the sofa pillows and dining room chairs.)

Sliding glass doors lead to the lanai. The beach, pool, and clubhouse are just a few steps away.
