As we get ready to greet 2005, we look back on key industry developments and forward to what is coming. For 2005, one of the big deals will be the addition of mobile to the (formerly) triple play.

One system was designed for use in a moving vehicle; another, sporting a low entry price, for traveling to various spots around town; and a third for people in municipalities that believe portable broadband should be a public service, like roads.
